ACCOUNTING MANAGER
WHAT THE TAX MANAGER DOES ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS:
- Properly prepare monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and supporting documentation
- Prepare GAAP and tax reports, including 1099s, 1096s, and 940s
- Maintain and update budgets -Prepare and distribute quarterly and annual reports
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Maintain inventory -Prepare payroll and payroll taxes
- Enforce compliance to company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Lead monthly and annual audits
- Prepare and file annual tax returns
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- For jobs with above 2 years
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably Finance or Accounting)
- CPA preferred
- At least 3 years of financial reporting experience, including P&L
- Experience with Quickbooks a plus
- Strong organizational skills
